Technical Writer (6/08 to 12/09) on contract with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a division of Johnson & Johnson, in Rochester, New York.
I completed writing and editing a user manual for a robotic arm system as well as serving as part of the mapping team for a massive document migration from one storage system to another. During this contract I became familiar with Food and Drug Administration compliance requirements as far as document storage and retrieval guidelines.
